Terms of Service

coshand is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of pre-loved cosplay items and cosplayer services in Malaysia and Singapore. We do not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate transactions — all payment and settlement happens directly between users off-platform.

By using coshand, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

To list items or contact sellers, you must sign in with a Google account and complete onboarding. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information about yourself and your listings

All listings must accurately describe the item or service being offered. Photos must be of the actual item. Misleading listings, fake items, or listings for prohibited goods will be removed.

coshand reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.

All transactions happen off-platform. coshand is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed deliveries, or misrepresented items. Exercise the same caution you would on any peer-to-peer marketplace.

You retain rights to photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant coshand a license to display them on the platform. Photos of costumes depicting copyrighted characters are transformative works; any IP concerns should be directed to us via the reporting system.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or our community guidelines. You may delete your account by contacting us.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
