Refund Policy — Listing Slots

Effective: May 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies only to purchases of extra listing slots through coshand's checkout. coshand does not sell physical goods — no shipping policy applies. Off-platform transactions between buyers and sellers are not covered here; coshand is not a party to those.

2. Eligibility for refund

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:

  • None of the purchased slots have been consumed (i.e. your active listing count has not increased above its pre-purchase level).
  • You contact us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
  • You include your order reference number in your email.

3. What happens when a refund is approved

When a refund is approved, the purchased slots are immediately deducted from your account. If this causes your active listing count to exceed your remaining slot allowance, any excess active listings will be removed from the platform immediately. We will notify you by email before any listings are removed.

4. Non-refundable situations

Slots are non-refundable if:

  • Any of the purchased slots have been used to publish a listing (even if the listing is later deleted).
  • More than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase.
  • The request does not come from the email address on your coshand account.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
