Refund Policy — Listing Slots
Effective: May 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies only to purchases of listing slots made through coshand's Stripe checkout. It does not apply to off-platform transactions between buyers and sellers — coshand is not a party to those.
2. Eligibility for refund
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:
- None of the purchased slots have been consumed (i.e. your active + sold listing count has not increased above its pre-purchase level).
- You contact us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
- You include the Stripe payment reference in your email.
3. Non-refundable situations
Slots are non-refundable if:
- A slot has been used to publish a listing (even if the listing is later deleted or set to draft).
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since purchase.
- The request does not come from the email address on your coshand account.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refunded slot count will be deducted from your account on approval.
